Lesson 76: Final Practice Project: A Personal Office Automation Workbench
The previous lessons covered decks, documents, spreadsheets, email, video, research, support, sales, operations, and meetings. The final project combines them into a personal office automation workbench.
Skills Used
Search skills.lc for office, automation, workflow, or productivity. In this environment, combine documents, presentations, spreadsheets, browser, himalaya, gog, apple-reminders, things-mac, trello, notion, imagegen, and skill-creator.
Workbench Structure
Create at least five entry points:
- Writing center: documents, proposals, reports.
- Reporting center: decks, charts, meeting material.
- Communication center: email, meeting minutes, follow-ups.
- Research center: web research, competitive analysis, summaries.
- Task center: to-dos, reminders, recurring reports.
Each entry point should be a workflow: input, skill calls, draft, validation, human confirmation, and archive.
Implementation
List your ten most repeated office tasks. For each task, define inputs, outputs, skills, and risk boundaries. Pick three frequent tasks and turn them into reusable templates. Then use skill-creator to turn stable workflows into your own business skills.
Acceptance Criteria
The workbench should be used at least three times in one week and save measurable time. It should keep records of outputs, sources, reviewers, and next actions.
The goal is not for OpenClaw to do everything. The goal is to make your workflows clearer, more stable, and reusable.
