Lesson 71: Recruiting Assistant for JD, Resume Review, and Interview Feedback

Recruiting automation must be fair and explainable. OpenClaw can improve efficiency, but it must not make judgments based on irrelevant or protected characteristics.

Skills Used

Search skills.lc for recruiting, resume, interview, or hr. In this environment, use documents for JDs and feedback, spreadsheets for candidate pipelines, calendar-related skills for scheduling, and email-related skills for communication drafts.

Workflow

Define the role: responsibilities, required skills, nice-to-haves, work style, and evaluation dimensions.

When reviewing resumes, OpenClaw should summarize and tag evidence related to the role. Every judgment should point back to resume text.

Before interviews, generate structured questions and scoring rubrics. After interviews, summarize evidence, strengths, risks, unresolved questions, and next-step recommendations.

Human Review

Hiring decisions, compensation, leveling, and rejection reasons must be decided by humans and comply with local law.

Exercise

Give OpenClaw a role brief and three resumes. Ask for candidate summaries, interview questions, and feedback templates.

The assistant makes judgment more evidence-based; it does not replace judgment.
